Late Registration Policy

To support effective planning and event coordination, a $50 late registration fee will be applied to registrations received after the stated registration deadline (typically one week prior to the event start date). This fee helps cover additional costs related to food and logistics and applies to all events, including work weekends. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for late registrations. We want to avoid charging this fee—it exists simply to encourage timely registration and help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
