Judy Farnan-Farago, Director-at-Large

Board of Directors

Judy discovered Camp Little Notch through her camping experiences as a Girl Scout. She attended the summer program, participated in troop camping, and enjoyed family camping at Little Notch. The beauty of the forest and lake, the unique programs, and the life-long friendships gained through attendance had a profound impact on her views of the availability of outdoor programming in a camping environment.

Judy’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentration Accounting, from Siena College and a Master of Science, concentration in Accountancy, from the State University of New York Institute of Technology. Her career experience consists of 38 years of accounting and auditing, finance, and technology implementation at both private and public entities with an emphasis on governance, policy, and controls.

She is a Lifetime Member of Friends of Camp Little Notch and serves on the Governance Committee ByLaws Subcommittee, the Volunteer & Stewards Committee as a member of the Steering Committee, the Program and Events Committee, and the Finance Committee. Judy hopes to continue the legacy of Camp Little Notch in creating a safe and transformative environment for outdoor learning.
