Hayley Kingman, Director-at-Large
Board of Directors
Hayley grew up in the Adirondacks, where time spent outdoors and in a close-knit community helped shape her confidence, independence, and sense of belonging. From skiing and horseback riding to exploring local trails, the natural world has always been central to her life—a connection she continues to enjoy today while spending time outdoors with her dog and at the barn with her horse.
Hayley went on to ski Division I in college and later coached young athletes, experiences that reinforced her belief in the importance of supportive environments in helping young people grow. Professionally, she works in marketing and communications at Arrow Bank, where she focuses on content creation, digital marketing, and strategic messaging to help organizations communicate clearly and effectively.
Hayley wanted to serve Friends of Camp Little Notch because the camp reflects the values she cares most about—confidence, independence, friendship, and growth through time spent outdoors. She is excited to support CLN’s mission and help ensure future generations experience the same sense of belonging and adventure.
